COMPREHENSIVE SURFACE AND SATURATION DIVING SERVICE

We have surface diving equipment that meets IMCA D023 standards, as well as 3 saturation diving systems that comply with IMCA D024, certified by RINA and ABS, with which we perform comprehensive diving services for the Offshore industry.

  • Diving personnel qualified and certified by IMCA, ADCI, and ASNT-TC1A
  • Inspection, maintenance, and repair of platforms and subsea pipelines
  • Underwater cold and oxy-arc cutting work
  • Wet welding application
  • Subsea contingency response for hydrocarbon leaks
  • Pipeline repairs with hyperbaric welding
  • Installation of risers, leg guards, pipelines and conductors, swivel clamps on conductors, and interconnection of subsea lines.
  • Diving for operational support: Installation and maintenance of subsea PLEM, hose clearing in FPSO, preventive and corrective maintenance in monobuoys, valve opening and closing, leak response.
  • Drilling support: preparation of the area for entry of drilling equipment with: seabed cleaning, signaling of subsea lines, inspection of subsea templates, removal of caissons, drill string guidance, and sampling.

Portable “Susy II” saturation diving system

Rina class certified, accommodation for 8 divers, bell for 2 divers.

Helium recovery system and capacity to reach a depth of 130 meters.

“Isla de Lobos” portable saturation diving system

With ABS Class Certificate, housing for 12 divers, 3-diver bell.

Floating rescue chamber, helium recovery system, and capacity to reach a depth of 200 meters.

Portable “Orca III (Mata Redonda)” saturation diving system

ABS Class certified, accommodation for 10 divers, 3-diver bell.

Floating rescue chamber, helium recovery system, and capacity to reach a depth of 300 meters.
