1973

START OF OPERATIONS

Constructora Subacuática began operations on March 1, 1973, as a diving company.

MEXICAN INSTITUTE OF COMMERCIAL DIVING

DIAVAZ opens the Mexican Institute of Commercial Diving in Tuxpan

1978

1979

IXTOC WELL

In 1979, control work was carried out on the Ixtoc well in the Sonda de Campeche, where DIAVAZ personnel managed to control the pressure of the well.

PARTNERSHIP WITH FUGRO

A strategic partnership with Fugro was established with the intention of conducting geotechnical and geophysical studies in the areas where platforms and pipelines will be installed in the Campeche Sound.

2000

PARTNERSHIP WITH OCEANTEAM

Diavaz partners with the Dutch company Oceanteam, acquiring the state-of-the-art Atlantic Challenger dynamic positioning vessel, which opens the door for CSD to PEMEX platform maintenance projects.

HYDROCARBON TRANSPORT SYSTEM

The contract for ensuring the integrity and reliability of the facilities and pipelines of the Hydrocarbon Transportation System is formally initiated.

UK HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK ACCREDITATION

Constructora Subacuática DIAVAZ participates in the offshore air diving supervisor course at INTERDIVE SERVICES LTD in the United Kingdom, obtaining HSE (Health and Safety at Work UK) accreditation.

TMDB PROJECT

Opening of the project “Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of a Gas Sweetening and Compression System to be installed in the TMDB.”

EBANO VESSEL

Acquisition of the EBANO vessel.
